Loved the hospitality at the May De Ville premier hotel and spa. The hotel is bang on the most happening street in Hanoi which is the beer street and is centrally located if you want to visit around Hanoi. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms are very spacious , clean with all good amenities. pool on the rooftop is fabulous and great for sunbathing.. breakfast is the only meal served here and is pretty elaborate and has a good selection of continental and oriental cuisine and a selection of fruits and cold cuts. The front desk and the potter were really helpful during the check in / check out process .. all in all a great experience and I would highly recommend this place and would come back here if I’m revisiting Hanoi .

Loved our stay at this hotel and would recommend. It was in a great location in old quarter beside beer street, so you have plenty of options for food and drink and nightlife in walking distance. It can be a bit noisy but the hotel offer complimentary ear plugs. The staff were all amazing and very helpful, they helped book tours and gave good recommendations. Included free breakfast was delicious each morning and really appreciated. Very clean hotel. For the price, this was an excellent hotel stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The location can’t be beaten - between the night market and Ho Kiem lake, right next to beer street. Some noise from squeaky beds and from other rooms, but it’s nothing major, unless you are a light sleeper. The breakfast is amazing, really top quality, and you can fill up your water bottle here from their chilled water filter.

Lovely staff and excellent location Right in the heart of the old quarter. Great pool. Rooms photos are not accurate with less decoraion such as rugs, vases, wall art but still good for the price. Breakfast was sensational. Just get a room on a higher floor and away from the street as there can be noise from surrounding nightclubs. This happened to us and we were given a new room for the next 4 nights.

Edit: their service and effort in trying to rectify the situation has been very sincere. Utterly disappointed. I deliberately paid an extra 20% to upgrade my room to one with a city view. However, the current room's view is of somebody's backyard and a dirty environment. On top of that, the area is extremely noisy with loud bands and music blasting from three different directions. Not to mention hearing the flushing of toilets of other rooms through the walls and piping. The management was unhelpful and refused to give any support in this matter.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
