Excellent location, in front of Christmas street market Newly furnished rooms and bathrooms Our only negative: staff were not flexible to the fact that we had a single-use double room, despite having booked a double: they would not refund the breakfasts not consumed. A negative note on an otherwise quite enjoyable hotel.

Wish I had checked the reviews before deciding to stay here. Management is completely absent/hiding from guests and the poor staff at the front desk have to deal with multiple complaints from guests at the same time. Rooms are small and definitely not worth the price. When you raise an issue, management are simply rude and unhelpful. The good reviews are probably written by friends of the owner. Would steer clear and pick much better places to stay in Bordeaux. Would describe as a 3 star hotel at best.

There is mold on the fourth floor in the room. Hotel refused to acknowledge it. I called them immediately upon checking into the room and was told there are no other rooms. They said it was not mold or dangerous but sometimes bad smells go up through the pipes and travel to the top floor. Never heard of anything like this before, nor was it true. The room stunk and they offered to have someone come up to spray as if that would solve the problem. They offered free breakfast but I'd prefer a safe room to sleep in. When I complained downstairs about the smell at checkout they refused to acknowledge it the second time. There are many great hotels in Bordeaux. Go around the corner to the intercontinental and save yourself the trouble.

Excellent check in-experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Hotel was in a very good location with restaurants all around. Breakfast in the morning was superior. Really enjoyed our stay!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
