A full refurbishment is required. Very old style, mattresses are very soft and uncomfortable. Housekeeping did not arrange the room, not replaced the towels. Room door had an issue and was not closing properly. Location is very good.

The location is just perfect, we stayed in room 52, which was on the 5th floor, with a spectacular view on xmas market. Brakefast was so so, there wasn't any hot food or meat, just France baggage and cheese, tea, coffee and selection of juices. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back in nearer future.

Shabby, no chic. Even a 3 star hotel should have curtains that actually close. The pillows are horribly uncomfortable, rooms are dingy and stifflingly hot, and the whole place could use a good clean. Avoid the breakfast; croissant and a piece of dry bread, a tiny pat of frozen butter and a small pot of jam, served with espresso. If you ask for milk with it it's one euro fifty extra. Service is inconsistent; some staff are friendly, others are not. The hotel is however, well located and the water pressure in the shower is good.

Very well located, close to the river and in a busy area. Simple but clean and well managed. The employees were very helpful. Good for a couple of days to visit Bordeaux.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
