A pleasant compact Paris hotel in a convenient area for getting to the centre by public transport or even walking distance to St Germain. Nice and helpful staff. My criticism would be the website oversells the refinement of the rooms, some of which are so small the double bed is pushed against the wall. Our first room was like this and we asked to be moved to a larger one.

I loved this artful, gorgeous boutique hotel. The service staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, courteous, and warm. The breakfast was lovely and delicious. The rooms were cozy and beautifully decorated in great modern taste. I also had a massage which the hotel staff arranged for me, which was so restorative after my flight. I highly recommend this special place!

I didn't get a chance to stay here, but even so, I received exemplary customer service. I made a reservation on a website for this hotel and needed help with the cancellation. Lamine, the hotel manager, went out of his way to assist me in getting a refund. I'm grateful for his help. If I ever get the opportunity to revisit Paris, I would 100 percent choose this hotel based on the kind and empathetic service I've already experienced.

A brilliant small hotel in a brilliant location in Paris. Staff is very friendly and accommodating and speaks English, and (I believe) services are also provided in other languages. The hotel itself is quiet both in the day and night, so there is no risk of disturbances. There are many metro stops on different lines in walking distance (Vavin, Raspail, Luxembourg, Notre-Dame des Champs, and more), which is very convenient. It is a perfect place to stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
