Booked through booking. I paid to booking by credit card but the staff tells me that booking doesn't had paid for them. They charged me again to stay at hotel. Booking doesn't refund me until now. And the hotel staff doesn't care about you. Stay away from this place for your security.

We chose this hotel following recommendation and reviews online for 4 Nights. It was advertised as having a beautiful garden, free wifi and lift facilities which was highlighted as a popular facility& cable channels. After one night stay, we lost wifi , lift went out of order. The owner was unapologetic. No offer was made to compensate for the inconvenience. No deadline for return of the lift use. We were on the 6th floor and. Had to climb 110 stairs uk and down. We were not even offered a change of room to the lower floors. All channels were French , with no Sky or CNN for news updates for tourists. The receptionists came across as uninterested and unhelpful. The owner misguided us about Booking a taxi and advised us ( senior citizens aged 65) to take our luggage and walk up to taxi rank 400mt from the hotel. Thanks to the night porter Leo, who was so kind & helpful. He brought our luggage down from the 6th floor next morning before he left duty, and arranged taxi to drop us to the train station. The garden pictures on the website is misleading as. It is a private place and we were not allowed to use the space. This should be taken down. I'm summary, we had a very disappointing experience.

Our room was pretty small with some old decor and furnitures. The wifi was broken from our second day. No daily cleaning however I asked the lady at the reception at least to take out our rubbish. The staff is a bit ignorant and neglect. Moreover the elevator was also out of order for 2 days and our room was on the 5th floor, was a but tiring to walk on the stairs with those narrow corridors and walk down with our heavy luggages at the check out. The soundproofing of the rooms are horrific, we could hear the steps above us and outside in the hall. There was also kind of a restoration work(?) in the hotel in the morning (at the weekend) with loud banging noies. As a positive point: the bathroom was quite clean and hotel is in the center surrounded by metro and the train station.

So when you come in you see the reception and the waiting area the reception was kinda rude ....We asked where could be drop our bags for a while and she said go in this room and put it here.I didn't pay for food because it is not worth it!When I went upstairs while I was going with the stairs and I also tried the elevator I noticed that and the two of them were very small and as straight as you could fit!When I went in the room it was big and very old styled.Personally I don't like old style but it doesn't matter.Close to the hotel is a metro named:"Edgar Quinet"

They charged me twice for the room. I paid for the booking, the attendant said that the amount would not be charged charged me again on my card. I was robbed. I don't recommend it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
