Stayed here as part of a trip to Disneyland and enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and tidy but was noisy due to our location on the ground floor. Service was excellent and reception was really friendly. Nothing really around in this part of town but metro was close by so quite handy!

The room was comfortable and quiet, and everything worked. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and housekeeping was consistent. There’s a great butcher market next door. Several bars, bakeries, and cafes in the area, and it’s a 6-7 minute walk to a big metro station with a lot of lines. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Best hotel I've stayed at in Paris. Wifi: reliable and fast. Groceries: small Franprix and Naturalia on the Bd de Voltaire, do check larger Franprix on Rue de Montreuil. Hotel: kind staff, there's a small elevator, can leave luggage before check-in and after check-out.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. As an Asian it’s hard to anyway find good places in Paris but I was so surprised by that place. The rooms are small but it didn’t bother us because they were fully equipped and very comfortable. The front desk staff was also really nice and helped us check in atleast an hour before since the rooms were available. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel to stay for a few days to explore Paris. Not on the city center, but great metro connection. Our room facing the busy street were very well sound proofed, we heard nothing. Very nice staff, good amenities (free coffee in the room, luggage storage, fast wifi)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
