Clean, comfortable room - perfect for our 3 night stay. Very affordable, and the staff were really friendly. A special mention to Olivier who worked the evenings - he was really attentive and kind to us during our stay. Thank you!

My short stay at this hotel was perfect. Even though the room was very small, everything felt just right. It was very clean, had a good location, and offered great value for the price. Bonus points for the nice view of a Parisian building and architecture. Furthermore, I found the hotel staff to be very professional. They were always polite and respectful, presented all the information clearly, and inquired if they could assist in any way to make my stay amazing. Overall, it’s a very nice hotel that I highly recommend, and I will definitely book again.

My husband & I stayed here for three nights a few weeks ago. Having never visited Paris, I wasn’t sure where to stay, but saw great reviews for Hotel du Printemps! Not sure why it’s only rated a 2star, it far exceeded our stay at a 4star. It sits in the 12th, but the metro station is only a 5-7min walk and it was quick to get to the city center. We were able to check in early when we arrived from the airport at 9:30am, unpack, and freshen up. When you leave the hotel you leave your key with the front desk, which is great so you don’t worry about losing it. Our room was the perfect size for the two of us and we were on the top floor, which is always where I like to be. Everything in the room was very modern and loved the dresser and armoire to unpack. Also, the street the hotel is situated on is super quiet, so nothing loud to wake you. We loved having our windows open to look out at the other buildings surrounding ours. Breakfast was included with our package and was more than enough, with either a fresh croissant or pain au chocolate every morning, along with yogurt, fruit, meat, and cheeses. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating! I highly recommend to stay and hope one day to return to Paris so we can further explore using Hotel du Printemps as our home base. Great little hotel on a quiet street. Modern, clean, and bright. Mere steps from Picpus station, or a light stroll from Nation station. We appreciated being able to escape the tourist crowds while still being able to access the city very easily. Rooms are smallish, but not in a bad way; just don't expect a North American size hotel room. Staff were all super friendly. Will stay here again next time we're in Paris.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
