The staff is super helpful and it's a great location, which are the only redeeming qualities unfortunately. NO AIR CONDITIONING! Open the window, use your fan, and hope for a breeze. Little-to-no water pressure, cleanliness needs lots of work, shattered mirror in elevator.

The location is just perfect, other than that the room is extremely small and there is no ventilation.. finally Wi Fi was very bad. At the end it’s affordable price and a perfect location but with no other services

Very small rooms for the price.. Customer service is good but very compact hotel. As you can tell from my photo, the best and the wall are so close there is not even space to walk. Overall, I am NOT happy with the price I paid for a room like this.

Clean, proper and good budget hotel. Been there first time in 2004 and second time just last week (2012) and I wasn't disappointed at all. Situated just a block from the old harbor It's an oasis of peace and tranquility. The hotel personnel was helpful, kind and very professional. I warmly recommend it.

There is no air-conditioner and refrigerator. And I am surprised the narrow/small room and elevator used for only one person. Moreover the view is facing with another building direcrly and so I couldn't enjoy the scene of Marseille even though the hotel is positioned near the port. But. Hostess is very kind and the environment keeps the room very silent.
