I am a little late writing my review but here it is. One of the best places I have stayed in a long time. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was wonderful. The hotel was so clean, not to mention I slept very well. This was my first trip to Paris as an American and the hotel made me feel very comfortable. Will I be back, I certainly will! There were hotels that were just as nice but when people make you feel welcomed you never forget the experience. As I say to my friends, I love Paris and she loved me back. Thank you !!!

We spent 3 nights at this charming hotel. It was very convenient to public transportation and places like the Eiffel Tower. The junior suite was so cute- we loved it! Bedding was very comfortable and breakfast each day was a good start! I would stay here again.

This hotel was truly lovely. Great location, incredibly friendly staff, and awesome breakfast. We visited over Christmas then traveled to London. All we could talk about at our hotel in London was how much we missed the Garden Elysee. Seemed close enough to everything but tucked away on a quiet street. When we return to Paris this is where we will stay.

Perfect location - within walking distance of the Arch and Eiffel Tower. The staff was very kind and the room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and the shower had a lot of water pressure. Great place!

Very good experience. Only “negative” feedback I can give is that there isn’t much privacy when using the bathroom due to the kind of door, and outside noise is not blocked out very well. But other than that, it was a wonderful experience. And very spacious room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
