Our week-long stay at Hotel Gaston was exactly what we expected and wished for. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our beds were made and the bathroom cleaned every day. Clean, fresh towels were always waiting for us. Breakfast was simple and straight-forward with just enough variety to change it up from one day to the next. It made our stay very enjoyable and affordable.

The Hotel has very small rooms with No accessories like electric kettle and Glasses, Tea Bags and other instant items provided. The bathroom is fine and the service staff is very humble and helpful. The location is not that great at all. Also they have coffee machines but they are paid

Had a very nice experience at the hotel. Hotel allowed for early check-in which I did not even request for but helped a lot. Rooms were clean. Location is ok. A bit of a walk to the nearest memo. Breakfast was simple but was still good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel Gaston was a wonderful pace to stay. The front desk persons were always friendly and helpful. Particularly kind was Jennifer. She always had something nice to say and would always go out of her way to be helpful. The breakfasts were amazing and kept us going well into the day. The room was always kept perfect and I really wish I had the shower head that was there but I found something similar but not quite as good. Paris is a one of a kind city and the hotel was conveniently close to the Metro. I wish I could go back to Paris and stay there.

Ideal location. Some rooms are very small: OK for 1 person but less so for 2 people. Rooms also lack bedside tables and there aren't many electric plugs. Style of the paintings in the corridors is a bit weird. We had an issue with our room: Maryse, the manager, was extremely nice and understanding and she offered a refund. Great customer service!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
