Booked after reading prior reviews and was not disappointed! The hotel is lovely, the staff was all welcoming, very efficient and very friendly. Stayed for two nights in a room for three and were very comfortable. Tea/coffee in the room as well as fantastic complimentary coffee in the lobby, which was such a bonus for our early starts both days. The hotel is very well situated in terms of access to M13 and M2 routes, which made our treks to the Louvre, Versailles, and the Effiel Tower easy. Lots of great restaurants nearby and no safety concerns at all. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning!

This is fairly well located hotel in a walking distance to a lot of amenities and transport links. However, this place is an actual health hazard. I was shocked at the state of the rooms for a 4* hotel. Peeling wallpaper, a couple of swipes of the floor with a towel shows that the floor isn’t cleaned sufficiently, but given that they’re grey, it’s not that obvious. Most importantly, the amount of black mold in bathrooms was absolutely staggering. As someone with an immune condition, I didn’t feel comfortable at all. Black mold was present around the seals of the sink and shower, on the shower head, and smaller corners where water made its way. Nothing was descaled properly either. It was completely revolting. I appreciate that the hot temperatures makes ventilation challenging, but there is no excuse for a 4* hotel to have this level of standard in cleaning. Additionally, the street sounds were relentless, and I could hear every noise made by my neighbours. Any late night revelry and slamming of doors was a guaranteed wake up call. Extremely disappointing. I don’t think I’ll be staying again, incl. any Happy Culture hotel in the future.

Lovely hotel in a great neighbourhood. We had a three bed room which was nice and spacious. Little detail we loved: Filtered drinking water any time for free in glass bottles. (Really helpful to reduce plastic waste).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
