I stayed in the hotel at the end of January with 5 other friends, we had 2 superior triple rooms. From the moment we booked our rooms in this hotel, we felt welcomed. The strongest impression, in addition to everything else, is the friendly, always smiling and helpful staff at every step of the hotel. We had a late flight and arrived at the hotel around midnight. We were welcomed by general manager Jacques Ramat. We checked in online, so we didn't spent much time at the reception. On the last day of our stay, we had the opportunity to leave our luggage at the hotel, as well as use the toilet, drink espresso and freshen up in the hotel lobby. We will definitely come back and use the code...

The shower door was broken, as well as the toilet seat. There was water leakage. no sleepers, no robe. The room and shower are super small. Isolation is terrible. On the bed were hairs. AC was working well. Cleaning was done every day. Breakfast was good, better than other hotels. The fridge was dirty inside due whole stay. The location is good, near the main train station and tram. The price is good for this hotel.

I stayed from 25th Jan 2024 for 3 nights. The hotel was being renovated during my stay so he was a lot of hammering/drilling and sawing from 7am till 9:30pm,the hotel staff did tell me about this but in my opinion I think the hotel should close whilst the renovation on the hotel was being done. The hotel across the street was being renovated as well so it was like being around a construction site. It states on the website that the hotel is soundproof which it's not so if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing time I would not stay here. The room was ok the only issue I have with the room is the shower is very small. I think people stay here is because is right next to the train station but there are trams running every few minutes so if you stay somewhere in the old town or on the beach front you are only a few minutes away to hopping on the tram then hopping off to walk 5mins to the train station.

The check-in went very well with friendly & helpful staff. The female spoke English very well & offered us bottled water, since it was a hot day. The male offered us breakfasts at a reduced price if we paid at check-in rather than the next morning. The breakfast was delicious, with an abundant variety of both hot & cold food & drink. The room was very nice with a/c & a comfortable king bed. The shower was awesome. The only real drawback was a "sewer gas" type of smell in the bathroom & no sink stopper. Also we required an iron & ironing board which had to be gotten from the front desk. Most hotels have one in every room. We got the iron, but they didn't have the board. The wi-fi was super fast with a strong signal.The fridge however was not very cold despite being set at almost max cooling. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the train station & close enough to a variety of shopping & restaurants. We spent a very warm day at the beach & the front desk provided us with beach towels.

Hotel in a quiet area in the city center. Perfect location and friendly service. Great breakfasts. Simply the perfect place to explore the French Rivière. Highly recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
