This is a mid-range small hotel, nothing fancy but well maintained and with friendly staff, a good breakfast buffet, and sometimes lower room rates than the rest of the neighborhood that make it good value for money. We've stayed here more than once so have seen different rooms. All are small and functional. Some have the toilet inside the room (no door), which I dislike, but others have a more classic bathroom setup. The beds are comfortable and everything has always been very clean when we've come. The intersection is relatively busy but the rooms have good windows. I've never had any trouble with other guests making too much noise. The neighborhood is not charming but it's safe and very well-connected for getting around Paris and for the trains leaving from Montparnasse (west and south-west France, including Versailles).

Horrible place. The room is extremely small, the bathroom is even worse-there is simply not enough space to even turn around. Everything is very dirty, old and poorly maintained. Zero soundproofing, walls are so thin that you can hear every single word said by someone in the other room. Location is mediocre: there is a metro nearby, but there is nothing really interesting in the area for tourists to explore. If the price was 3-4times lower, it would at least somehow justify all of these, but for the room rate they charge, the quality is just insanely low. Very very poor price quality ratio. Overall, it’s not even an average quality hotel- its waaaaay below that.

I’ve never left a negative review but for this place I will make an exception. This hotel, in short, is a huge flop. We booked our room months in advance yet had it cancelled less than half an hour before we arrived; leaving us without accomodation in Paris. While the reception staff were courteous they were unable to do anything to assist us despite the fact we had responded to and actioned every email they had sent us up to that point. They claimed there was a problem with our credit card but we had no issues using it to book an Airbnb (with sufficiently better amenity and service) elsewhere which we organised last minute after our debacle. So unless you’re a fan of having your plans fall apart and having to put together something last minute I wouldn’t recommend this one.

I stayed for one night (February 2023). There is a kitchen beside the reception where you can get coffee. The reception staff (I met two) was warm and welcoming. I was offered coffee when I arrived. When I came back later in the evening, I was offered a drink again. I thought that was nice. I liked the ambience of the kitchen/dining area. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything that I needed. I liked that there was low cabinet where you can actually put your luggage on so you won't have to break your back when it is on the floor. There is a USB outlet and a mains outlet at the desk. There is also another one beside the bed. The bed was nice and soft. The room was just the right size for me. It was perfect for a one-night stay. My room had a view of Boulevard Pasteur. There was an Asian restaurant just next door and at least one boulangerie nearby. I would consider staying here again when I come back to Paris. I had an excellent stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
