Beautiful design hotel. But -rooms were cold, floors very cold and unpleasant to walk barefoot on - very hard pillows (no alternatives) - cleaning was average (lipstick on the mugs from previous guests, dirty ventilation outlets). The facade of the building is full of bird poop. - spa needs to be booked well in advance as only 6 people can be there at the same time. Spa itself is nice though. - not a top location. Rather far from the center, dodgy people in the area. Unsafe to walk in the evening.

All in all a pleasant stay with some points of improvement + Cool quirky interior design, spacious rooms with high ceilings + A sweet handwritten welcome note + Good yummy breakfast buffet especially the pâtisserie + The impressive (heavy looking) old school doors at the entree opening automatically. Yay! + Walking distance to all main sightings + Parking across the street with a sweet price of 19e/24h - Location is a little gritty around the hotel at night and didn't feel safe walking alone - Didn't manage to get a massage as they need to be booked two months (!) in advance and this was a last minute booking. - The spa is open from 20-22 for guests. I wanted to purchase a swimsuit which is a service on offer, there was staff present but they indicated that the caisse was closed... so no spa neither which was a bit dissapointing as I came to relax after a long day.

Fantastic room, fantastic welcome and check in process. This would’ve been a 5 star review if it wasn’t for the restaurant. I ordered a steak and I purposely ordered it medium/ medium well as from experience french chefs undercook their steaks, and it came out blue/rare, it had been flash fried so the inside was completely raw. Disappointing for a €40 steak which I didn’t eat.

Interesting place. The whole concept and decor of the hotel were very original and there was sth special about it. I personally loved the room decor and this was one of the reasons for choosing the hotel. The room was spacious and as seen in the photos. I got a rate online that was 1/3 of the price communicated from the hotel, which was pretty strange tbh. The restaurant was pretty good as well. The negative parts... Not a good location, takes you 20-30 minutes to reach central parts of the city. The staff was kind, but unfortunately very inexperienced. Meaning there is no kind of concierge service to help out with events, bookings, experiences etc. The person who was probably responsible for the restaurant and bar was very helpful and an exception. The rooms are all glass and everything can be seen from other rooms and from the patio where the restaurant is. That was very strange and not pleasant...

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
