When you read the reviews and see the pictures on Google it’s not what the hotels looks in real. This is not a 4 stars hotel. Paris is a city of lights, flowers some how chic. This hotel is not Parisian at all. Breakfast was on the floor -1. At night when we arrive there was nobody except we made some noise and then someone showed up. People who work there have breakfast same time as we had. The elevator is creepy. It’s well located, 2 block from the metro. The bedroom was fine. No refrigerator. Nothing in the bathroom except for shampoo and soup. No conditioner, toothpaste, etc.. like a 4 stars hotel would have.

Excellent place to stay . Very cozy place and ideally located in the center of Paris . Despite many options to stay at other hotels I have decided to stay here as I have over the past 10 years . Staff is wonderful especially those at the front desk and managemt . It I ideal for young couples. I strongly recommend staying here as I will again many times.

A great stay here. Nice room. Great service. Help yourself honesty bar. Luggage drop available before and after check in. Easy access to metro and buses. Nice bars nearby and really good double glazing so don't worry about the noise from streets as there is Aircon in the rooms anyway so windows can be closed in hot weather.

I can't say enough positive things about my stay. The hotel's ambiance was simply enchanting, with elegant decor and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, offering a tranquil retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The room was very attractively furnished and decorated and Nuxe toiletries were provided. We loved staying at this hotel. Thank you for making our Paris holiday so memorable.

I was fully expecting this hotel to be fine: small and sweet in the middle of Paris. However, we found a demotivated staff uneducated in how to be courteous to their clients. The breakfast was sadly not worth the expense. Rooms were shabby and not clean. I was a little surprised this is a four star hotel. I wouldn’t have guessed it unless I’d seen the sign. Will look to the many other beautiful boutique hotels Paris has to offer on future trips - business or holiday.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
