Complete garbage. Location and service is good but whats the point in staying at a good location that smells like mould? The room was absolutely horrendous, smelt like sewage at all times. Dirty room and dirty bathroom. Carpet has probably never been cleaned before. There is no room in the bathroom to even sit on the toilet - you have to sit sideways yes, even if you are 5ft tall and 100lbs. Not to mention the wifi does NOT work unless you are in the lobby. What else can I say? Im afraid this place will go out of business if I keep talking! Would absolutely NEVER recommend this disgusting “hotel” (more like a dingy motel) and I absolutely regret spending so much money here. This place is SO overpriced for what it is. Please spend a bit extra and stay at the best western right around the corner!!!!! I wish I could give zero stars.

The service here was amazing however everything else was quite poor. The hotel is located on the same street as a club so if you are staying here on the weekend prepare to have to sleep with ear plugs as the noise is nonstop. In my room I found black mold in my bathroom and countless spiders. I asked the hotel for a partial refund but they refused even though the room was poor quality. If you’re looking to stay in Nice I would suggest saying somewhere else as there are much better quality hotels

At a walking distance from every place you want to visit! It was a nice and cozy room, very clean with air consitioning. The service was great and so was breakfast. On the first night (saturday) the street was very noisy from people coming back from a nightout, but besides that, nothing to say.

The rooms seem fine, until you look down and closer at some of the details. The carpets need a good clean, the corner of my bathroom door was completely ripped up and pulling away, the AC didn't work, and we lost power twice in my first 12 hours. The location isn't too bad, it's one block off the main street where most of the shops are and there are restaurants nearby. Overall a bit pricey in my opinion and I don't recommend. Update: i was told there are 4 rooms w/o AC and they wouldn't have the part for 2 more days and offered nothing else. Then returning to my room after being gone all day, I find the security lock engaged so that the door was propped open! I mentioned it to the receptionist and yet again he seemed very unconcerned and didn't even offer any apology for the situation. Very poor customer service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
