A basic hotel. A bit outdated, but for the price it's super. Nice breakfast. Small and not heated pool, but okay. The service isn't much worth - no cleaning of our rooms- we have a small flat for 4 people, but no soaps and only towels for 2. Very central .

I love the fading "grandezza" of Grand Hotels like this one. Neat and clean. Excellent staff and breakfast. Underground parking good WiFi and sat TV. Perfectly relaxing. We could extend our reservation without problems. Very recommended

The location is perfect as quite central. The train and coach stations are nearby and taxis are quite accessible . The rooms are clean and the staff do a great job The one thing to note is that the hotel has a very dark theme.

This hotel offers really good service and has a really good location for public transit. It has a nice pool good food. The rooms weren't that big but very affordable. My only concern is the Wi-Fi being incredibly slow. I would decently consider having a faster Wi-Fi. Otherwise everything is perfect. They even offer tea and cookies at the entrance.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
