Beautiful hotel. Incredible design details. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. Great location, it was easy for us to get to the many places we were headed and close to a few different metro lines. Also, great shower pressure, if you care about that kind of thing!

I stayed for six nights here and I had the pleasure of being attended by the manager Djamel. I had a problem with the postal service and he was always very supportive and helped me thoroughly. I’m very very thankful. The hotel is also great, the rooms are wide in comparison to other hotels in Paris. Even though the location is central, the rooms are quiet. I’d totally recommend this hotel to anyone whisking to be well treated in Paris!

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! I am a solo female traveler and to say they took care of me during my stay is an understatement! Fouad worked night shift and he was the best, very kind and was available for all of my requests. He went above and beyond to secure my safety since he knew I was alone. Djamel was also so kind, made my check in process a breeze and helped me with all of my luggage. Outstanding customer service, they all deserve a raise!

The room was decorated very nicely however there were a few things that weren’t great. There was only a bath no shower which was quite strange. The double bed was two single beds pushed together which kept separating. The door was not sound proofed so in the morning you could clearly hear people outside talking and making noise. One other small thing was they had no ice or ice bucket for champagne which was minor but, quite disappointing. I liked this hotel but, wouldn’t be rushing back as the cost does not reflect with those issues.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
