        We stayed only for 2 nights, but are really impressed with the hotel. Very nicely designed rooms, not the most spacious, but that's Paris. We stayed in 804, so not sure if the neighborhood is really peaceful or the room facing the inner courtyard, but it was so quiet! Perfect rest and sleep. Booked bed only, so no observations on the quality of the breakfast. Would probably choose the same hotel again when we visit Paris.

        My stay at Mercure Hotel in Paris was truly enjoyable! The receptionists, especially the friendly Filipina (though I can't recall her name), went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel's exterior had a captivating charm, the lobby exuded elegance, and our room was both neat and beautiful. However, one aspect that slightly marred the experience was the bathroom's shower, which exhibited noticeable red mold. It seemed like it hadn't been adequately cleaned in quite some time. I've attached pictures to illustrate the issue. This was the main reason I deducted one star from what would have otherwise been a 5-star review. Despite this setback, the overall experience was positive. The hotel's location was convenient, with a nearby train station, a plethora of restaurants in the vicinity, and a delightful bakery right next door. If the issue with the shower is addressed, I wouldn't hesitate to rate it a perfect 5 stars in the future.

        Very nice hotel, situated in district 17, Batignolles, close to numerous restaurants, cafes and produce stores. Bar area in reception, a contemporary dining area catering for breakfast and dinner. Rooms are adequate with bathrooms and all amenities. Reception service excellent and housekeeping very good.         Stayed here during Trafalgar tour of France. Since couldn't get additional nigths through Trafalgar, booked an extra night pre tour and 3 nights post tour, both reservations for 'Superior room with balcony'. The first night we were given a very nice room, but the other 3 nights we were given a very small room with less extras (no robes, not expresso machine, etc), even compared to the rooms had through Trafalgar. Was given no satisfaction by the hotel staff, they didn't seem to care. Further frustration was fact that in all the rooms we stayed in the thermostats didn't operate, regardless of what setting was, always hot and made it difficult to sleep.
