We had a great stay at this location for our vacation to Paris! The staff were very friendly and we had a smooth check-in and check-out and they also always greeted us whenever we returned. The room was very clean on our arrival and housekeeping did a great job tending to the room while we were gone. The location is great. The area was quiet and there were multiple cafes all within a short walk. If you are going to be taking the metro, this place is very close to a station and you will be able to get where you need to go. As much as we enjoyed going out and exploring, it was nice to have a great hotel to return to and relax at. Overall, we were very pleased!

Lovely room, everything as expected and promised. Very friendly helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble, and always done with a smiling face. The room had an amazing view of the river, you could open the balcony doors and watch the world go by. The room was well serviced by the staff who also did everything with a smile. The included breakfast was plentiful and a reasonable choice. The metro is only a few meters away, giving easy access to the whole Paris region. We enjoyed that this is a smaller Hotel which means the same staff are around most of the time giving a more personal touch to our experience there. Would definitely recommend and also use again if we stay in Paris again.

We stayed 5 nights and 4 days. We were extremely satisfied. First of all, the hotel is very beautifully decorated. The paintings are marvellous. Every day they came to the room for cleaning. And it was really clean every time. The coffee machine downstairs is open 24 hours a day. You can get as much tea, coffee, hot chocolate as you want. And the coffee in the machine was tasty. There were 4-5 kinds of tea. These are also good. The location is very good. Metro ligne 10 is 1 min to the Hotel. There is a supermarket just opposite the hotel and an incredibly delicious Boulangerie on the back street. The staff was attentive. Our only suggestion: We were told that ear sticks, cotton wool and slippers are only available in certain rooms. I think they should be in every room. Thank you see you soon :)

This place is in an amazing location as there're two train stations within stone's throw. Yes, the rooms are small, but ur in core Paris as ur less than 2km from Eiffel, 850m from liberty statue, and overall the area has a great vibe. If u really need a huge room, go far away or fork out mucho dinero. Also, inspite of our 1st impression, the breakfast is very good. Most of all, the staff was amazingly helpful in every way possible.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
