        I think this is a lovely place to stay, it's very clean and the breakfast is lovely. It's very close to all local eating places and the staff are friendly too. They have a very excellent waiter called matisse and nothing is too much trouble for him. The 2 female waitresses are really nice too. Very safe place to stay where you can leave money and passports in the safe without worrying. The view from the hotel isn't nice as building work was being carried out but for me this was not a problem as i was out doing activities most of the week...I think I shall definitely return to this hotel again next time I visit Morocco

        The room we got is good. It seems to have been recently remodeled. It has individual split AC which is great so you can set your room temperature like you want it. One thing I have noticed is that the drains are slow on the wash basin and the bathtub. The pool looks nice. The food is quite decent. It is buffet style. If you notice CDs hanging from the ceiling on the balconies, they spin around with the breeze and scare away pigeons. This keeps pigeons from landing on the balconies.

        We stayed here twice when we toured Morocco during Sep 2023. I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this hotel. While it is true that this is not a high-end 5 star hotel, it was not all that bad. Breakfast does not include any meat or fruit but you can ask them to make an omelet. Unfortunately, we were there during the earthquake and my only complaint is that the staff were not very helpful or proactive during the commotion. When the building was shaking, I called front-desk and we were told to come down to the pool area but the staff did not appear to call other guests who were still sleeping in their room.

        Clean hotel with rooms that have crisp white sheets and a/c. Needs to be refurbished. We were with a tour group that breakfast and dinner were included. Basic breakfast buffet and buffet dinner. Staff were eager to serve. Close to some great restaurants. About 4 klm to the big market
