Very old rooms but well cleaned and renovated in critical areas. Service is not very good. I fell in front of hotel and hurt my knee. I called reception from my room and asked for ice or a bottle of cold water to stop swelling of my hurt knee...the (gentle)men said he had neither ice no water and would not give me anything cold. I actually had had breakfast in this hotel already and they did serve me cold boiled eggs from fridge (rather than fresh boiled) and yogurt. So they have a fridge and cold stuff in it. But he couldn't bother to help at all. This probably describes their attitude to their customers who were charged more than 200 eur per night.

Very noisy rooms and poor insulation , I could hear everyone talk in the hallway and my neighbours' TV on or them talking. There was also a sewage smell in my room (1st floor) Due to that, I really didn't have a nice stay in this hotel, even though it was conveniently located and the staff was friendly.

We had booked this hotel for accessibility for wheelchair on Orbitz and we came to find out that they have 2 steps in the entrance making it impossible to sleep there. When we found out we asked for refund but they did not refund us our money back. They made us have to find another hotel before the day of the reservation June 4th-8th 2023. Would never recommend to people that can’t walk.

Don't ever stay here on a Friday night if you expect to get any sleep. You'll get to listen to a bunch of drunks yelling and banging around all night long. Location is great though, assuming you can do anything after no sleep.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
