This is a charming boutique hotel in a great location in the Latin quarters. The rooms are very small in American standards and we missed a place to store clothes (there is no drawers, just a small closet). The elevator is tiny but works. Everything is clean and staff is super friendly and all speak English. We would highly recommend.

We are currently staying at the Observatoire Luxembourg. The staff have been super kind and understanding to our needs. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel placement itself is very good, located not far from the RER station which we used to travel from CDG Airport. Lots of places to visit outside and the ability to have metro, bus and RER within a couple minutes walk is amazing. We just had breakfast at the brasserie, which was part of our booking. Very good options to eat and as a vegetarian, I had enough good options such as cereals, mushroom, breads, fruits, patisserie and fresh juice and coffee.

Nice place. Clean. Typically small room size with tiny bathroom. Not a luxury hotel at all, but much nicer than a standard place. Front desk were nice in person, although email communication prior to check in was a bit stand off ish. The staff in the adjacent restaurant for breakfast buffet were super nice.

I’ve stayed in all the variations of starred hotels and air bnbs all over the world…please trust me when I say this hotel is NOT 4 stars. Anyone giving this place 5/5 hasn’t traveled much (which is fine, we all have our own expectations! I’m just sharing my experience). 1) European rooms are small, expect that. This is smaller than any I have stayed in Europe or NYC. That’s telling. 2) The rooms are dusty as hell. Do better. 3) The rooms are carpeted. No. 4) The rooms do not go below “20 Celsius” (68 F), but I promise that’s not the accurate temp. I wake up sweating. 5) You’re supposed to be able to cast from your phone to the tv, it doesn’t work. 6) This isn’t their fault but there’s construction next door so it is super loud. You only get a nice view if you are on the garden (jardin) side. 7) I asked for hot water so I could make tea. I was given a very broken tea pot that was 1000% dirty. 8) Everything is insanely outdated. Not in a cute boutique way, it’s just outdated. I’ve been to Paris many times and I promise you, you can find better for the price. This place should be 2 stars AT MOST.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
