Nightmare receptionist My visit to the Orchidèe hotel was ruined by a rude and aggressive receptionist (he is a tall person with light skin and no hair). During my stay I announced that I would be leaving very early in the morning, before the breakfast room opened. Since I had also paid for breakfast that morning at the reception I was guaranteed that I could have a coffee, fruit or yogurt and that at that early hour bread and croissants were not available. Obviously I accepted and thanked. The morning of my departure I went down to the entrance and the receptionist on duty was not in his place. While I was preparing a coffee, the tall man receptionist with light skin and no hair arrived and, with a rude and aggressive manner, chased me and my friend away to the elevator like beasts. This receptionist was not kind to his guests and was not professional in his work because he didn't check before yelling like that. He also criticized the work of his colleague who, unlike him, had been very kind, friendly and polite. When I left I asked him to apologize for his ways and he didn't want to apologize. If you see this nightmare receptionist, run away!

The room was clean and nice. It was airy and fresh as well. The room was larger than average hotel room size in Paris. The toilet was modernized. The staff were nice and helpful. There are supermarket and drugstore nearby. It’s located in district 6 of Paris in a good neighborhood.

I booked the room on July 25th to 27th and paid for one night in advance which is supposed be get it back in 24 hours after I check out but it's almost one and half I still didn't get it I email them many times but I didn't get even one reply from them . They cheated to me be careful when you do advance payments

Cute Hotel with a lovely terrace in the back, our room facing the backyard was very quiet and lovely decorated, it even had a little terrace where we could enjoy the sun in the morning. The rooms are not too big, but that’s typical in Paris. We ask for a room change (to get a room to the back) which was no problem and even free of charge, even though it was a better category. All in all: cute and nice place to stay for a long weekend in Paris with friendly staff.

Very nice and cosy hotel close to the Montparnasse train station. Really enjoyed my stay. The only critique I’ve got is that my room on the base floor was noisy; I could hear the conversations at the entrance

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
