The hotel was good for the price, but the real benefit is the location. The neighbourhood is quiet and has great cafes and a convenience store next door; 5-10 min walk to a great view of the Eiffel Tower. I was disappointed that my double bed was two singles pushed together which meant I couldn't sleep in the middle because of the gap. The bathroom sink was clogged and generally had a smell. I did mention this to the staff to no resolution. As well I had some noise complaints as I was situated right next to the lobby on the first floor. That being said, I did accept the first floor room as it was available for early check in so I do take that into consideration. Also as an FYI, the hotel advertises "room service" but that does not mean food and drink, it means housekeeping. Overall it was a pretty decent stay! Especially if you're not planning on being in your room for your stay too much.

I stayed here from Dec 8-14 and had a wonderful time. My room was small but perfect to suit my solo traveler needs. I even had a slight view of the Eiffel Tower, if I craned my neck enough :) All of the staff was wonderful and helpful - Charlotte Karim, Karina, Patricia and especially Adel. He always had a smile on his face and I enjoyed chatting with him! Would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Paris.

We stayed here for 3 nights, the staff was very friendly and attentive, the room was ok for the price, our room was nothing like the ones from the pictures so I was a bit disappointed. The location was great! Close to the Eiffel Tower, metro station, and many nice restaurants. Overall our experience was good

My sisters and I enjoyed our stay. Charlotte at the front desk was wonderful to talk to and she was helpful with directions to places we wanted to visit. She was very welcoming every time we came through the door. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a lovely tub and shower. We hung out in the lounge area in the evenings for a while. There was music playing and it was comfy.

This hotel was the perfect place for my first visit to Paris. It’s a 5 minute walk to a great view of the Eiffel Tower and lots of restaurants and cute eats and only about a 15 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe. I want to keep this hotel secret because it was so good and I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re going to Paris.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
