I’ve had a great experience staying there. My trip was full of unexpected plot twists and the hotel staff really helped me with managing my stay. The breakfast was simple but tasty and fresh, with good quality food. The rooms are clean, the beds comfy and I slept like a baby. The LOCATION? Absolutely the best. Close to everything, not sketchy at all, I felt like really safe at this area. It’s full of places and well connected as there couple of metro stations around. If it was summer I’d be just walking everywhere. To sum up: I’ll be coming back to Hotel Palm for sure. Had an amazing experience, thank you guys! ❤️

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy to talk to as they are diverse in many languages.I arrived early and they were able to store my bags whilst I explored the city. The hotel offers a mini snack bar late in the evening for free which is good on case you get slightly hungry. The location is good as there many restaurants around. I would highly recommend.

Hotel Palm in the 9th Arr. of Paris is a true gem! My wife and I stayed here in early Dec 2023. The hotel has a lovely, boutique vibe and is kept immaculately clean by the outstanding housekeeping team. The experience here is made exceptional by the incredibly caring and highly professional staff. Olivier, Emma, Clement, Riat, and the rest of the Hotel Palm staff were such a pleasure to meet and they are all exceptionally committed to their guests well-being and happiness. In addition to the hotel itself being a great experience, the location is ideal. You can walk north to the Montmarte neighborhood / Sacre Couer, walk south to the Louvre or Musee D'Orsay or Notre Dame, walk west to the Eiffel Tower, etc... We were able to explore so many neighborhoods on foot easily from this location. And the 9th Arr. itself has many great places to eat and cool little shops to enjoy in this non-touristy neighborhood. Neighborhood was quiet at night, so we got a great sleep every night. The other great thing about Hotel Palm is that they are part of the Astotel group, which has 3 and 4 star hotels across Paris, mostly north of the Seine. Having an Astotel room key allows you to access the lounge and rest rooms of any of these hotels as you explore Paris. On several occasions, this provided a great, quiet oasis for us when we were far from our "home base" at Hotel Palm. "Too long didn't read" summary: Super nice, ultra clean hotel with an exceptional staff and a great location. And free snacks / mini bar! Clean room, comfy bed, view of the Eiffel tower (in some rooms), great location, great breakfast and awesome service overall. This hotel was super easy to work with and very attentive. Would highly recommend staying at Hotel Palm!

Excellent location at walking distance to Gare du Nord. I liked very much the breakfast buffet and the complementary tea service from 2pm accesible in all Astotel properties in Paris. Personnel is extremely kind and helpful. Definitely I will come back for any future stay in the city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
