        Stayed for a night had, a good experience. We came early and as our room was ready, we could do an early check in. The room is stylish as on the picture with high sceelings, with some signs of use. The TV with Chromecast and aircon works well. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after the check out. No issues.

        That's not the way to treat potential guests. I booked in June 2023 for a stay in July 2024. The booking was for 3 nights for roundabout 500 euros in total. The hotel cancelled 6 weeks later and now offers the same for over 1500 €. If I ever need to sleep in Nice, I will not sleep in this hotel. Also, everyone should know how this hotel treats potential guests for profit. Very bad move.

        I only gave a 3 star because of the staff which was really nice and the location which is really great. I have never been in such a hotel where the walls are sooo dirty. Also it was a really bad smell coming from the bathroom. We had to buy some room scented oil to cover the smell. Also the floors and the bathroom towels was sooo old and overused. Also another issue was that when we arrived there was a double mattress bed instead of a double normal bed. As a couple this was not something we liked and we requested another room. The really nice guy at the reception was willing to help us but he had to confirm with his manager which I found really weird. Overall this hotel has tones of potential… but you really need to take advantage of it. The location and the garden of the terrace is really great. I hope this hotel improves since it does have a lot of bad reviews but tones of potential.

        Reserved Double Room I arrived at the hotel at 10 am, but the reception told me that there were no vacant rooms available, and we had to wait until 2pm. I waited at the reception until 2pm. At 2pm, the reception told me that my room hadn't been cleaned yet, and I had to wait until 3pm. During the period, those who arrived at the hotel later than me checked in. It was almost 3pm and we could check in, but the room type was different from what we booked (as shown in the picture). On the 4th floor of the top floor, the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor, and need to take the stairs to the 4th floor. The windows don't have curtains, they're just pasted up with stickers, and they aren't completely blacked out. Then I told the reception that the room type was different, and I wanted to live in the room type I reserved, and the reception said he needed to ask the manager. It was almost 4pm, and no one told me if I could change the room. I went to the reception and asked, but the reception said that the hotel room was full and I couldn't change the room. Then I said that I saw that there were vacant rooms on the third floor. The reception said he needed to ask the manager if I could move. After ten or twenty minutes, I went to the reception again, and the reception said that the manager said that I couldn't change it. I was not given any reason not to switch. At this time, I told the front desk that I need to cancel the reservation because the room type does not match. And I contacted Ctrip customer service to deal with this matter, either change the room or cancel the reservation. Soon, after I proposed to cancel the reservation and Ctrip customer service intervened, the reception personally came to my room and said that I could change the room. Ctrip customer service also informed me that the hotel said that I can change the room, and Ctrip customer service followed up until I finished changing the room. In general, Ctrip's customer service is very responsible, but I have a bad impression of this hotel.
