It's a 3 star hotel thus set your expectations accordingly, or else you will be disappointed. The front desk attitude feels cold and (most) miss a sense of compassion. We couldn't even get hot water nor the tea bags after 8:30 pm. Housekeeping is on point and location is great.

The hotel is located very close to Montparnasse station, and to the metro. It is very handy to reach the city centre. There was a smell of old house though, and the room was so over heated that we had to turn on the air conditioning as it was suffocating. Also, the way to the rooms is uncomfortable and unpractical. Moreover, when we arrived at the hotel, we waited more than 20 minutes at the reception before been served because the receptionist was on the phone, and there was no one else available. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

A value for money hotel. Great location. Basic amenities but staffs were friendly and good. They spoke good English. The location was great with lots of food joints as well a metro station right outside the hotel. There is a very popular restaurant right next door with queue all around the day. They were ok the store luggage as well as allowed late checkins. Wifi also worked well. The toilet was spacious but felt a bit old as the doors were not working very well.

We stayed for 4 days in the month of September. Room was comfortable for a couple. The metro station and bus stop were beside our stay with just a few steps of walk which provided easy commutation to Eiffel Tower, Louvre museum, Luxembourg gardens and other attractions. With Metro nearby, we heard mild track sounds but not that disturbing after a tired day out. Since it's close to Montparnasse station there were too many restaurants to try out nearby. Supermarket was also at a stone throw distance. Lift was very small as only a couple of people can fit inside. Stairs were also considerably smaller. So it will be little difficult to move upstairs if you have check-in luggage.

Clean, quaint, comfortable. The location was ideal for exploring since it was near public transit, grocery, restaurants, etc. My only complaint is that breakfast was not labeled for allergens and I’m gluten intolerant so my options were fairly limited.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
