Awful rooms. We booked Standart room for two people. There were the ants and the geckoes, the photos is not corresponding to reality at all. Please, be aware. Bur stuff is very friendly :)

Worst hostel I’ve stayed in Thailand. Felt like in jail. The bed with my number was totally broken so I took a different one. The one fan who was in my bad was broken too, so super hot at night. The beds are super uncomfortable, thin and small. Do not recommend on staying there!

Have better options for same money in hh. Loud ac, loud light bulb in bathroom, a little dirty. At least TV has English channels, reception staff somehow okay.

Budget traveler here, but this was a bit much even for me, the bare basics missing. Dorm room (6 female) falling apart, not sure about the other rooms. Light in room, bathroom, toilet didn't work, (bunkbed light did), had to use bathroom/shower in adjacent room, no door in between those 2 rooms. 2 out of 3 fans didn't work (no protective cover over spinning blades), no ac. When asked for help, staff was annoyed, kept flicking light switch? gave us a portable fan, which helped. Dusty rooms. Hot shower, dirty, leaking, toilet room blocked drain with hair, flooded, garbage overflowing, other beds had used linen from checked out travelers, local guest lady checked in upset, she herself volunteered to take off the used linen from all beds , so she could put clean sheets on. They give you a bag with fitted sheet, towel and blanket, I had no pillow, had to take used one from the other room. Lockers size only for personal things. I mean I paid very cheap, but safety, and basic cleanliness should be rovided, don't care about the old building. Also, staff was unfriendly to everyone I observed, not just me, seemed bothered when ordering breakfast (100THB), or asking a question. Positive: very good wifi 5G, 2 min to train station, 5 min to night market and daily market, 10 min to beach. Make your coffee/tea, kettle. Nice veranda to sit and relax.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
