I would not come back. After seeing my room, I tried to cancel. They offered me a 'better' room, which was as bad. They would not let me cancel, so i want to keep anybody else from making the same mistake and booking here. It is old, it is not very clean and everything is very run down and shabby. Did not feel comfortable at all. Even had to ask the staff to change the sheets, as they were dirty, which they did. The internet is not great either. The most expensive place I went to in all of Taiwan and the most ugly. What also bothered me immensly is, that there is a little bird in a tiny cage at reception. The cage is so small it can't even spread its wings. It will be there, all its life, seeing nothing but that ugly room, never flying. Terrible animal cruelty.

A great hotel to stay at, only 5minute walk from Ximen station. Yes it is an older hotel, however let’s look at all the positives, the room had a balcony, the room is very large compared to other hotels, bathtubs in the bathroom, and the price is very cheap compared to other hotels when booking online. Well worth the price. The ladies working at reception are very friendly, always happy to help and give advice. Unfortunately they don’t do laundry but there is lots of coin laundry facilities within walking distance. Free tea,coffee and bottled water in the rooms. Free amenities like toothbrush, shavers, etc. in the bathroom.

I made a reservation through Agoda. I think the total was around 230,000 won for 3 nights in a 3-person room. I was worried because there were complaints about hygiene in the Agoda reviews, but it was okay. However, the bed was large so it was a bit cramped to spread out three suitcases. Everything is good except this! The staff are generally friendly and can leave your luggage with you after check-out. It's close to the station and Carrefour is within walking distance.

It is located right near Ximen Station. The location is 100 points because you can walk to all the restaurants~ I didn't have high expectations for the cleanliness of the room. It was cleaner than expected~~ Think of it like a motel. On the first day, when I lifted the sheets, there was a stain on it (it felt like a stain that wouldn't come off even after washing) and I felt a bit uncomfortable, so I asked for it to be changed. The maid came and changed it right away. I feel like the woman at the counter is a bit blunt. When I left my luggage and talked to him while I was picking it up, he was really friendly haha. Anyway, the conclusion is that this place is for those who just want a good night's sleep with excellent value for money. It's best!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
