Arrival: Loads of money changers and telco operator kiosks. Head towards the domestic terminal for the Grab (E-hailing) pick up point. There are staff there to assist you, and also free WIFI. Departure: Renovated, but still work in progress. Things feel a bit close together due to the lack of space. Sunlight streams through at certain parts making it hot. Not too many F&B options, but quite a bit of retail.

I visited the International Airport and here is a quick review of that - ✈️ Quite a small airport. Not very crowded so one can come at say 1 hour before their flight time and even then can easily catch their flight. 🛋️Lounges - i went to coral lounge (executive) on 3rd floor. Was average+ kind of experience. Not many options for vegetarians 🙅‍♀️🥦 🥙 Food Joints - Many places to eat with not so expensive food on the airport ⌚️ luxury items like this watches and perfumes are pretty expensive (like any other international airport)

We wanted to thank the Airport assistance service for a wonderful experience delivered to our parents who both needed wheelchair assistance. The whole thing was so smooth from the plane to the taxi rank with just one person assigned to take care of one passenger. What a wonderful service! We had an opposite experience at a transit in another country and made us realise the different between the two airports. Not enough places to buy food. Water was so expensive.

It’s a cosy airport that’s easy to find your way through! The toilets are very clean, and getting through immigration was fairly quick! There isn’t a lot of food available at the international departure and arrival halls, but walking to the next building (about 5 mins) will take you to a big and bright food court that isn’t too pricey! We had their noodles and their Dairy Queen. And it was good! The place to wait for your Grab is also very easy to find! They have a dedicated spot to wait and a few staff helping to get your Grab/ stop your car. Enjoy! :)

We arrived at airport two hours before departure. Disorder when entering the international departures area. Then long queue at passport control. Security check was ok. Took 45 minutes from arrival at airport until we reached our gate. We left from gate 83 on the ground floor where passengers board busses. Crowded, noisy area. Small toilets with long lines. Allow plenty of time in the outdated, overcrowded airport.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
