The Hue Hotel Boracay offers a captivating blend of modern luxury and island charm. The vibrant decor and attention to detail create a visually stunning atmosphere. The staff's warm hospitality enhances the overall experience, making guests feel truly welcome. The spacious rooms provide comfort and stunning views, while the on-site amenities, including the pool and rooftop bar, add to the resort-like feel. However, some visitors may find the location a bit distant from the main attractions. Overall, Hue Hotel Boracay provides a stylish and relaxing retreat for those seeking a unique stay on the beautiful island. They also give a complimentary welcome drink which is nice for the guests who came from long travel. The breakfast buffet didn't disappoint we stayed for 5 days and 4 nights here the menu changes everyday and you can choose different food, cereals, coffees, fruits, desserts and breads. Overall service is good and staff are welcoming too definitely worth it to book here.

Me and my friends had a great stay in this hotel, we booked for 5d4n. The room was great, clean and spacious. Tho still a mystery that after the first housekeeping clean, my swim shorts went missing. They might have thought it's trash 🤣 The location is very convenient, and very popular with etrike drivers too! No hassle in commute. I am filled everyday with their breakfast buffet. Requested for water in the room many times. They also lend extra beach towels! Overall, satisfied with our stay in the hotel.

Rooms are excellent, exceeded my expectations. You can compare the rooms to high end hotels here in Manila. Service was excellent as well, the room service is already at your door in less than 5 minutes from requesting and the room service comes by everyday during lunch time. Location wise is also a huge plus, it may not be on the beach front but it sits in the middle of the island and beside the main road, location is fairly quiet if you want to rest at night. Food service is rather cheap yet tasty. Definitely will book again when I had the chance to come back. ✨🫶

I don’t usually write reviews but can’t keep quiet about how amazing my experience was at Hue Hotel. I had a solo trip, yet they made me feel at home with their warm welcome and excellent service. The design of the hotel, the amenities, and rooms are top notch as well. It was the best and most relaxing experience I had!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
