Beautiful, tropical-feel while still being minutes from everything in San Diego! The pool and hot tub were right outside our room which made it feel even more vacation-like. Loved listening to the live music of Air Supply from our hotel lanai. It is located on Shelter Island which also has so many amenities within walking distance that you can leave your car parked most days if you don’t have things to do. Easily accessible to freeways and USD for parents traveling to visit students.

What a wonderful spot to have a vacation stay. Being close to downtown but away from the overly packed streets and noise is so nice. Very clean rooms and very friendly staff. Beautiful views of downtown and gorgeous grounds to walk around. With a really good restaurant on site and dozens of wonderful places to eat nearby make it very convenient. there was some construction unfortunately, so at some times heard noise in the day but honestly can't complain about that.

We had a staycation, enjoyed the tropical gardens that surrounded each room, the room was great, hard to find coffee in the lobby (sign says coffee but none there), or towels at the pool (had to ask each time). The included bike rentals were awesome along Shelter Island, and they failed to mention that the music entertainment was for 21+ only, so we skipped that. Otherwise, great.

I love coming here! This was the second year where I spent new years and I just love it! Cindy at reception was incredibly friendly. The rooms are really big and the views are wonderful. Everything is always great I couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

The hotel is very nicely maintained. It’s close enough to the airport that the plane noise is obvious. The rooms are not soundproof at all. The maintenance workers start at 7 AM, so don’t expect to sleep in. The restaurant is beautiful! I wasn’t there for a concert, but the concert stage looks great! Our meeting room had a wonderful view of the harbor.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
