We stayed here November 10-12 to attend a comedy show nearby. We were utterly delighted by this lovely hotel. The service was top-notch. Before arriving, the hotel operator went out of her way to help me with parking and city information. The staff were so professional and helpful. I especially appreciated the concierge's help with our bags. Our room was comfortable and well-decorated, with the furniture and fittings in excellent condition. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return and recommend.

This hotel was extremely nice. We noticed much quieter than the Regency that was adjacent. The rooms were well stocked with a coffee pot and mini fridge with bottled water restocked dairy all complimentary. The staff greeted us every day and the maid service was exceptional. The location was about a 12 minute walk to Pikes Market. I would definitely recommend booking here and I would stay here again

Stayed here 11/10/23 to 11/13/23. I had a very enjoyable stay! I arrived around 17:30 and wasn't sure we're to park so I pulled up to the valet service at the front the male that greeted me did a outstanding job he let me know we're I could park how the valet service worked and how to get my vehicle brought up front at any time when I was ready to leave. Great valet service and it was so nice to have to deal with one less thing. When I checked it the lady at the front was awesome! She was very courteous and friendly (wish i got her name but she was wearing a face mask and wore glasses) she gave us a map and directions to the nearest store for items and attractions in Seattle. Very helpful. The room was clean and spacious it was a little noisy in the hallway but couldn't hear anything while in bed. The location was great spent both days walking around Seattle the hotel was smack dab in the middle weather you wanted to go to the space needle or all the way to the underground city tour or wanted a bite to eat .It worked out well for us. I wish the rooms had microwaves but there is a refrigerator. Would stay here again!

This hotel delivered as promised, clean rooms, walking proximity to attractions. The amenities were great as my husband was able to go on his daily swim, which he enjoys. Coffee, water, and towels were replenished daily and/or as needed. We truly appreciate having a room ready on our early arrival so that we didn’t miss our city tour.

Sauna is at ~165f (73c) 80% humidity. Small sauna room with high benches so feels hotter than this. Hotel could do with a plunge pool. Thankfully Seattle winter cold showers are almost as cold. Decent sauna.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
