Stayed at this hotel two nights for the peach bowl game. Very nice hotel with clean rooms, gym and pool are nice as well. Service was kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Marta is about .3 miles away, so easy access to pretty much anywhere in the city. The Lenox Square Mall is across the street for some run shopping. Would definitely stay again.

All around great experience at this hotel. The staff was really friendly. The food at the restaurant was very yummy. I really enjoyed the room. Everything was really clean, modern and seemed very new. Only complaint is the HVAC, a bit loud but hey, everything can’t be perfect. Really wish they restocked the room with water daily. Keep in mind a 16oz water bottle is $4 at the front desk.

Overlooking the highway there is 24/7 road and train noise which can make it hard to sleep. $33 a night for overnight parking feels pretty ridiculous when there is a massive empty mall parking lot next door. No microwave and in room coffee is not great. It is very hard to walk anywhere from the hotel as there are no sidewalks even to restaurants that appear close as the mall blocks access.

Upon arriving to our room, we found that the closet door hinge was broken. I used the bathroom and when I shut the door, the railing broke. Immediately notified the front desk and they said they get maintenance up right away, however three days later neither were fixed. The hotel provide you with two bottles of complementary water, but does not restock them. If you plan to use the rooftop bar, which was a major attraction for this hotel, good luck. Every night the rooftop bar is rented out for private parties, and guests are prohibited from using it.

Though the customer service is excellent and the hotel is nice and clean, there are a lot of awful fees that aren't seen in normal hotels, including five stars. The valet and parking fees were insane. It's cheaper to Uber around Atlanta. $50 to park overnight, and $20+ to park temporarily. You HAVE to use valet, as there are no other parking options. You also have to pay to use the Internet despite already having booked the hotel. Shouldn't that be built into the room? I may update later, as I believe there were more fees that I haven't noticed yet. I paid online, but recently received a bill for over $550. I hope that's what I already paid and not ADDITIONAL fees. The fees alone will have been enough for half of a stay in a nice hotel elsewhere. I wouldn't stay here again. With all the additional costs, I should have stayed in my old reliable at Waldorf and had accommodations that are normally built into you paying the high price for a nice hotel. The hotel would have been perfect had the hotel not ruined it with greedy, unnecessary fees that are built into the prices of most other hotels Imagine staying a week and paying an additional $350 plus tips just to park your rental at the hotel you're staying at I rated 4+ stars for this hotel across the board. The overall rating is 1 star for the fact that it is a very bad value

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
