Our first time coming for the parade festivities and it was awesome. The central location of the hotel topped it off. The decor in the lobby was festive and inviting. Our room was lovely and functional for our belongings. That bed!! Oh, so comfortable, especially for a chronic back pain sufferer such as myself. The motion light was much appreciated during the night. The bell and valet service were top tier as well. I highly recommend sitting in the lobby and enjoying a cocktail as well , the pineapple martini for sure. I'm looking forward to future visits. Thanks for a lovely kickoff to the holiday season. Blessed wishes.

If you're seeking an exceptional hotel experience in the vibrant heart of Chicago, the Hyatt Centric Magnificent Mile is an unparalleled choice. This chic and stylish hotel captivated me with its prime location, offering effortless access to Chicago's main attractions by bus or subway. The spaciousness of the rooms is a luxurious delight, complemented by the exceptionally attentive staff who make every stay memorable. However, the crown jewel of my experience was the state-of-the-art fitness center, paired with an indulgent pool and a rejuvenating hot tub. It was the perfect combination for maintaining my wellness routine while indulging in much-needed relaxation. In summary, the Hyatt Centric Magnificent Mile isn't just a hotel; it's a haven in downtown Chicago, redefining my expectations for urban accommodation. It's undoubtedly my new favorite destination in the city, offering a blend of convenience, comfort, and luxury.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! The customer service was outstanding and the amenities were great! The hotel bar and restaurant were both delicious and had very good service. The room and all public areas were very nice and clean. The location cannot be beat! Demetrie at the front desk was awesome! I will most definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Chicago!

The BEST hotel we’ve ever stayed at in Chicago! Short walk to Michigan Ave, clean & comfortable rooms, good restaurant and EXCELLENT customer service! We called with a couple of questions before arriving and unlike other hotels we easily got through to talk to a real live person! Check in was quick and easy and the gentleman and his female co-worker went out of their way to get us checked in early so we could get out and explore before the tree lighting in Millennium Park. Everyone from valet to the restaurant was friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this hotel strongly enough. We will DEFINITELY stay here next time we visit Chicago!!!

Really good hotel in downtown Chicago. Ideal for shopping and all of the local attractions. The service is excellent and much better than some competing hotels. Jan, the concierge, is a gem and knows everything about this city. Will only stay here in future when in Chicago.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
