The location was great, easy walk to the Wharf, the front desk was very friendly and the rooms were clean and nice. The parking was super expensive!!! We would have been better off just unerring from the airport, 65 dollars a day for parking plus all the extra taxes and fees it was just ridiculous! We booked through Priceline and paid them and at checkout we still paid the hotel like 200 bucks. May be better to just book directly through the hotel.

Checked in to a hotel full of construction without any posted notice. Purchased a city view room 5 days before arrival and was given a room with scaffolding covering the window. No restaurant, no bar, no compensation for lack of amenities. Won’t stay again. Many other options with better location and pricing.

I’m not the type to complain but this hotel. Honestly, don’t even know where to start. I will have to say Probably thee worst experience I’ve ever encountered. To think for the price you’re paying, it will be a nice place to stay for vacation. WRONG! Please look elsewhere. For the week that my family and I were here, we had our Room cleaned maybe once. And The only reason for that was because I had to call front desk to ask if they can send someone to come clean. Even then, they still never come by and clean our room. With three kids, our trash tends to pile up fast. I didn’t care if our room was spotless clean, I just needed someone to collect trash. I would have to get out of my room and go look for a trashcan nearby or a housekeeper on my floor to throw my trash in. I’ve asked them if they can come and at least drop off some trash bags and towels. They never do. Called front desk again if they can have someone bring fresh towels up. They sent a gentleman and the towels he gave me was in a trash barrel. With trash in there still. He hands me a complimentary water bottle and the towels out of the trash. Picked up my trash and left. The beds Were infested with bedbugs. My kids came home with bites all over their face, their backs and their legs. Rooms and Resort fee is ridiculously expensive. Probably my last time coming to this place.

We stayed here with our well behaved dog (Heidi) and couldn't have been happier. All of the staff were very welcoming and very helpful. Dining with our dog was very easy as we were permitted to eat in their very open passageway area next to the main dining room. Location is great! Hotel is situated within a block of the F Street Trolley and three blocks from Fisherman's Wharf. We usually stay at the the San Francisco Hyatt Regency on the Embarcadero when we travel to San Francisco without our dog, but were very happy at the Hyatt Centric Fisherman's Wharf. Again, can't say enough about how nice and helpful the staff were! Will definitely be back! And all the stuff you hear about San Francisco being overrun with crime and homeless, didn't see that during our four day stay in SF. Some homeless, but no more, if not less, than what we've seen in years past.

Stayed here for 5 nights in late August. The hotel’s location is convenient for food and tourism. The pool is a rare find among hotels and we were lucky enough to use it for a couple of days while the weather was warm enough. The rooms definitely need a overhaul as the decor, fixtures and amenities are all quite dated. Functional it is a good hotel but it feels more basic than modern.
