Very attentive and responsive staff at the Hotel. Checking in and out was very smooth. Quite a spacious room for Tokyo and top notch location. I had my luggage wheel broken by a delivery company, and they helped me throughout the process. Honestly i can't be thankful enough for the help and updates they constanty provide. I can't wait to be back to this Hotel. Great team work! 🙏🏼

My family and I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo. The location in Ginza is absolutely perfect, making it incredibly convenient to access various attractions and explore the city. The rooms were not only clean but also impressively spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for our stay. Having booked multiple rooms for my family, we were happy when our rooms were upgraded to the next tier, probably courtesy of my Hyatt status. This unexpected gesture added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast at the hotel. I would say although the selection was not extensive, the quality of the food was exceptional. Every bite was a delight! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of Tokyo.

We’ve been coming here since they opened. Don’t know if most people know that all Hyatts are not the same. They all are different and have different characteristics. If you want the 5 star treatment, then you’d want to stay at the Grand Hyatt or Park Hyatt. Hyatt Centric is 4 stars and the Hyatt Centric name was inspired by the brand's mission of putting its guest at the center of the action in the best destinations. It gives you just the essentials one needs and not all the other fluff. The rooms here are roomy and comfortable, clean and quiet. If you’re high maintenance and have high expectations and want to be pampered, this particular brand may not be for you. Do Grand Hyatt. I read on another review that they found a cockroach in their waste basket. I find it hard to believe that this was because of a pest issue at the hotel but rather it was most likely a cockroach brought in from a traveling guest. Just like bedbugs, roaches can also be brought in by guests and their luggage. This hotel is on one of the most prestigious, cleanest blocks in Ginza and the hotel is still relatively new and is very clean. As for the staff, I have never had any problems with them. Also polite, helpful and courteous. When I need anything, they have always brought it to us very quickly.

Rooms are spacious and modernized, and the location is excellent. The rooms are extremely spacious by Tokyo standards. Service is attentive without being overbearing, and common area amenities like snacks and drinks are nice. It’s honestly difficult to find any fault with this hotel. Beds are firm but I’m a firm sleeper. This is more or less exactly what I’m looking for when looking for a nice hotel to stay at in Tokyo. I will definitely be back. Update: Mostly modernized and mostly what I’m looking for. The TV isn’t a Smart TV so you are limited to a small number of channels, most of which are in Japanese. No Netflix or other apps are available - come on, in this day and age, and for a hotel at this price point, they couldn’t have made some $25 Chromecast dongles available?

Great experience last week. Beautiful lobby and restaurant. English speaking staff. The room and the breakfast were great. As globalist not really given chance to be on higher floor I think the gaijin thing, Japanese citizens will get priority. Excellent location like Beverly Hills near trains and 7-11 etc for basic needs.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
