The hotel is brand new and beautiful. The room is lovely, we had a corner room with two windows. The size was fine, it doesn’t feel small at all. The bathroom is bigger than many, including the nearby Quincy, but there is no door which may be a deal breaker. There is a door to the toilet and shower, but when you come out to dry, your room mate will be able to see all. I don’t love the colour palette in the bathroom, but I am not an interior designer. I really liked the wooden floor boards with the rug. It’s feels modern and clean. The worst part is the doors slam. When your neighbour leaves, or comes home at 2am, the doors slam and wake you up. The gym is excellent and well equipped. The pool is large and stunning, but the room is too warm. The bedside clock is the room is broken and should be replaced. Breakfast buffet is excellent. There is an omelet station with a chef and you can get your eggs to order. Each day has one or two different dishes. The restaurant is on the top floor, so you get excellent views when eating. We got this included for free as a package. Not sure it’s worth $40. The sign greeting you explaining wait times is tacky. Service is excellent.

Clean and comfortable facilities, delicious breakfasts and wonderful staff. More importantly, their use of a defibrillator saved my father’s life and we will forever be in their debt. The kindness and care they showed my family in the worst days of our lives will also never be forgotten. A great hotel with great people, we won’t be staying anywhere else when in Melbourne.

Amazing amazing customer service. They went up and beyond to make sure that they customer received the best experience possible. The front office explains what I need in a friendly manner, the room service very prompt and friendly in answering of what I need. When I was asking for an extra pillow when I felt like my pillow is too soft, they even given me not just an extra pillow with the same thickness, but a thicker pillow instead! They even have whatsapp service if you don't feel like picking up the phone to reach for the room service. I am very impressed and satisfied. Thank you so much! The breakfast buffet could do with a bit more variety, such as waffles or pancakes. But again, great prompt, friendly service from the chefs who's cooking the omelette. The room design is amazing. Modern and lots of natural light coming from big window with stunning city view. All in all, I am very satisfied and will highly recommend this place to everyone and will go back for sure

Great hotel experience all round! Booked my parents in for a night to see Paul McCartney at Marvel Stadium (an easy short walk). Hotel staff are much more attentive than other places (example at Breakfast when staff showed the buffet and explained briefly what food is available in different sections and if anything additional the chef could prepare for them). Great room view, restaurant window view, and also the complimentary wine and chocolate and card in the package we got. Highly recommend and will come again. Special thanks to the hotel manager, Mark, for keeping good well trained staff and classy hotel! Will come again.
