The hotel is located midtown - a quick tip, the midtown is more bustling with activities and restaurants than the downtown. The hotel is nice with an ambient reception and dining area (Fork at Juniper) tucked away from the reception. A valet service exists in case you’re driving. The rooms are super comfortable with a work desk and chair - great for those on business. The view from my room (east-side) is not so great - it is the car park. So, I’ll recommend the west side of the hotel - you can ask when checking in. The staff were so nice and supportive. PS: The water is not free - something about it being for elite members.

This was our third time at this hotel. The first time was perfect and the second was well, not so perfect. We ended up emailing the property after we left and and Noel Cortes reached back out. His customer service was simply outstanding. We ended up going above and beyond to be sure out next stay was perfect. We cannot thank Noel and the rest of the staff at this location for all of their help.

The staff was SO friendly, especially the front desk gentleman, John. The hotel smelled AMAZING! You should sell your scent as a room spray! Easy access to public transportation and walking distance from so many great eateries and a fun comedy club! Would stay again.

The price is misleading. There are additional fees that we thought were included but ended up being tacked on after. The self service parking is not covered, it’s on an exposed rooftop, and you have to take stairs down to an elevator and then more stairs to get to the lobby. It’s such a pain you are better off paying $40 to valet. What you think will be $144 room can quickly be closer to $300 or $400. Also the room had lots of wear and tear:

All of the staff and reps were really really friendly. We parked in valet. $20 for 4 hrs. It was bright and clean. Located in Mid Town near alot ofnother businesses. There's a restaurant amd bar. Banquet room. It's a very nice hotel. What I remember the most is the kind girl at the valet. While I waited she asked me did i want water. So kind.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
