Stayed for our second time this past holiday weekend. Rooms appear clean, the beds are comfy enough, and most of the bathrooms have quite nice showers, sometimes with spacious tubs. The views from most sides of the hotel are nice but are pretty typical city views. f you're lucky enough to be facing east, you have a nice view of the square rather than the side of a building (also nice if you are on a high enough floor facing other directions.) When we checked in initially, I didn't love our view of the building out our window. It's sufficient for a normal stay, but we usually come for special occasions. I stopped down at the front desk to check our options and Christian, the one working, was very helpful in upgrading us to get the view we wanted. I believe we changed from a King, High Floor to a Deluxe Double Queen for just $15, so smaller bed and down 3 floors but still totally worth it. Your staff is VERY well trained!! I spend three decades in the hotel business and I can tell you that I'm very impressed with your level of service. Shawn(Sean?) on second shift/nights and Denise on overnights/night audit were both super friendly and really helpful. You can be very proud of both of them, they represent your brand well. The only (and literally THE only) bump we had was that when we showed our room key to the valet he said it out loud, which is a no-no and especially with female travelers, but I let him know to please not do that and he was very receptive. Breakfast in the restaurant was good and service was fast. Overall very clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again!

Pretty standard business class hotel. Great location if you need to be in the loop and need a place to stay. Room was decent sized and had a nice corner view. Only downside was that the elevators were quite slow, also the carpet was starting to look a little worn.

This hotel is fine. It's reasonably clean and the beds are comfortable, but everything is the bare minimum or not thoroughly thought through. If you're staying for a night or two, it'll be fine, but beyond that I'd recommend looking for somewhere that pays more attention to detail. A few examples: There were only 3 towels, 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels, and a floor mat. Unfortunately we had a liquid leak in our luggage, so we asked the front desk for a full set of extra towels. We were given 1 extra washcloth and 2 hand towels (no regular towels). The closet is tiny and is not tall enough to hang pants or dresses. There's a vanity mirror, but you pretty much have to climb up on the bathroom counter to use it as it doesn't extend. There are no drawers or cabinets other than where the fridge and coffee are, so if you like to unpack, there's no real option for that. If you get a room on the back side of the building, it's very dark inside the room as you are feet from another building. The fitness room is very small and windowless. And they advertise a lounge with coffee and snacks called "The Corner" on their website, but it basically just has a coffee machine, tea bags, and a few pieces of fruit. There are no real snacks or anything that rotates food-wise. However, if you do have a dark room like we did, the lounge has plenty of windows and seating and isn't busy, so I did use it to work during the day. All in all, if you're just looking for a place to sleep, this hotel will do the trick, but otherwise I'd look elsewhere.

Just finished an absolutely WONDERFUL stay here, the staff were top notch and just downright amazing. Truly appreciate the hospitality and the really awesome extras we received. Wonderful view and superb location, thank you!! An added bonus was that it was caddy corner to the blue line, 2 blocks from the redline and less than a mile to the lake. :-)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
