I LOVE this hotel!! As a former HK resident, I am surely aware of the housing situation (regarding space) here. The hotel is new and nicely decorated; the room has nice space and equipped with updated rooms settings and amenities, AND a gorgeous harbour view that never gets old. The rooftop bar/restaurant is amazing, we enjoyed the happy hour (50% off cocktails) with an amazing Harbour view so much. I was able to use the fitness studio on the top floor, with the harbour view again! The hotel staffs are very friendly. They are ready to help the moment you arrive at the gate! With all the elements, this hotel is under a surprising friendly price! I’m very pleased with our stay. I’ll definitely come back and recommend to any friends.

The hotel has the best harbor view ever. The whole place looks really clean, and the staff is very helpful. I went to the check-in desk and asked if they had an adapter we could borrow. Later, they sent the housemaid to bring it to us right after we got to our room. That was really fast, and we were very happy about it. The room was really clean, and they had a strong hair dryer. I’m really happy with this hotel. It was easy to access because it’s very close to the train station, just a 3 to 5-minute walk.

A good modern hotel. I had a very comfortable stay with a room overlooking the harbour so it didn’t feel too small. Bathroom is very practically designed. Housekeeping was done perfectly and so attentive.

A beautiful stay in Hong Kong 💙 Gives me a relaxing environment to take care of myself when I really needed. The staff are kind and patience. On my birthday, I got gift and a beautiful cake, very considerate of them to sing me a happy birthday song with the cake at 11pm, knowing that I will be out in the evening. The facilities are exceptional, clean environment, especially a gym with a spectacular view of Hong Kong. I enjoyed the stay, it brings me peace staying at this hotel for a week. I appreciate everything.

Great location. Quiet enough at night but busy during day as well. MTR station is just a 20 second walk over. Hotel has great views as well if you get a good room. Staff was generally very nice. However, one desk staff was condescending to me for some reasons. Other staff had no issues at all. 3.5/5

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
