I'm up at 2 am because the front desk decided I needed to come check in at 2 am. If we aren't checked in, how did I get keys and the card charged already? This couldn't wait til the morning. First, they gave someone else our room key and the people tried to come into the room. We weren't dressed so thank God the lock was on the room but we heard them try to get in in the middle of the night. Then the guy at the front desk calls questioning who we are. 15 minutes later he's banging on the door saying we need to come down and check in. I get down there and he won't give us his name just has the cards of the managers on the desk, doesn't offer an apology or anything but he was a scruffy looking individual working the front desk tonight. He needs retraining and the person prior to him needs retraining because why did someone try to enter my room while I'm unclothed? And they have no solution or no apology. I can't wait until the morning and hope that anyone with a brain and manners shows up to work. Until then, I do NOT recommend staying here.

Great hotel! Love that there was a kitchen/bar in the evenings and a 24/7 snack bar. It was also very pet friendly with an area for dogs to go to the bathroom on the side of the hotel. Staff was all lovely. Very nice stay and would definitely come back.

Had a conference that was at this facility! Spent 2 days and nights here. The conference room was perfect for the small group I was part of. The host kept is a little cool for most of us, but would rather cool than too hot. The room suite was super comfortable. Love the kitchenette! Couch is very relaxing after a long day of meetings. Alex that gentlemen that checked me in was very professional, gracious and helpful! The only problem was the down button on the 4th floor stopped working, but they found a work around. So, I took the steps which is more healthy for me anyway! Very clean! Nice place to stay!

While it's in an odd place with difficulty finding a gas station/fast food as an out-of-towner, our stay was amazing!!! We were there over New Year's and every single person we encountered while there was exceptionally friendly and genuinely seemed interested in our stay. The only thing we ran into was not enough parking at the hotel - there is a garage close that they'll give you a pass for, but you have to go inside and ask about overflow parking after driving in circles. If they would explain this at check-in when they're booked up, that would be nice but it wasn't a deal breaker as We will definitely stay here every time we're in Atlanta and recommend everyone else does as well!

I was there with some friends. I wasn't a guest and I was welcomed by the front desk like i was a guest she knew. Heard a supervisor gently correcting the front desk and leting her know that she was authorizing that the guest get a sprite instead of two free waters. When I saw my friend's room I was amazed by the size! Yeah the hotel is old but well cared for. Love the fruit/water! I will be back and this time I will get a room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
