Beautiful and clean hotel. We arrived at the hotel late around 9pm, the only issue was that there only was one person at the front desk so everyone had to wait in line. Rooms are ample, and clean, with no carpets instead a real tile floor, a modern layout, and everything was working as it should be. Important you need your room card to access the elevator and elevators only can ride to your room floor or second floor, it seems very safe for us. Breakfast is included with the reservation, the breakfast room was clean and ample, with a lot of tables, a big TV, and large windows with a very nice view. The food was nice and a little different every day, nice parfait yogurt, crispy bacon, nice baked potatoes, bagels, and cream cheese. The only complaint is the toaster was not working properly you have to keep the lever pressed all the time for the bread to toast. Parking, there is a charge of $20 for each night that you have a car parked in the hotel parking lot. The parking lot is located at the back of the hotel, I don't think it has any security or anyone watching or looking at the cars, the entry and exit is not controlled. All the people working at the hotel were professional, courteous, and very pleasant. Nice stay, I recommend you consider this hotel when staying in Chicago.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel room made us feel at home being that it had a stove and couch etc. My mom also enjoyed seeing the hotel where she was born. Although, the parking was different than what I expected to be but we overall enjoyed our stay and the distance for each activity we did for the holiday was 20-25 minutes from the hotel. Thank You!

Edit: I paid for the one night reservation with my Hyatt rewards points, and the hotel still charged me $85 for the night. The night should have been completely free with my rewards points, and I understand parking was extra. But they charged me a total of $119 which is incorrect, and when I called the hotel, they did not fix it. I'm very disappointed. The hotel is beautiful, unique architecture, lovely indoor spaces. The room, the suite, is very large and roomy. The breakfast left a little to be desired, because there were dozens and dozens of people and I only saw 1 or 2 workers attending the breakfast area. There was no half and half, the canister was empty, the tables weren't cleaned off, and the breakfast food was mostly packed up and put away at 9:10, although breakfast is supposed to be served until 9:30.

The hotel is very nice but parking is an issue. When we came back to the hotel before midnight on 12/31 we didn't have any where to park and was told we could park two blocks away and would have to walk back. Mind you, it's late, cold, and we're in an unfamiliar place in Chicago. We drove around for about 20 minutes before we found a spot on the street kiddy corner from the hotel. They compensated us two bottles of water for the inconvenience.

Hospitality was very good from the front desk to security to the H-Bar, and the Crockett food court. The museum was an added bonus. Rooms were roomy and cozy. Close proximity to Rush University was exactly what I needed for my extended stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
