First time staying at Hyatt House in Mont Kiara, a vibrant residential area that is popular with expats and approx 20 mins with city centre without traffic. Kudos to Hyatt and appreciate the member recognition. I booked an ordinary King bedroom and was upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite ☺️. The suite is spacious with kitchenette, dishwasher and laundry machine. Pool is open from 8am to 8pm and the gym can be access 24hrs a day. Parking is capped at RM12 a day (entry) if you validate with the hotel. Otherwise, the charge is rm2 per hour.

Great location - many amenities around - from cafes to massages to hair salons to groceries store to the malls. Room was spacious. Didnt like that the carpet was sticky when i walk barefooted. And i get an itch on my feet ie carpet full of bacteria - so here's a courtesy shoutout to staff to actually clean the carpet and for stayers to wear your slippers. If you're unlucky, you can hear screams from kids and families etc that's walking along the corridor or waiting at the lift. The room is not sound-proof. They also dont provide writing pad and pen - even had to ask concierge and said they dont provide. Boo. Tv not working every time i turn it on. I have trouble with the door everytime i return to the room. Service was prompt when i needed an extra towel and toothbrush. Thank you.

It’s a typical services studio slapped with Hyatt brand. Service is 3 star at most, with slow check in despite no guests, room card didn’t work and with no explanation my room was changed from level 31 to level 20. Bathroom amenities is sad, 1 towel, 1 toothbrush, and standard shower amenities. No working TV channels and an old TV Swimming pool fits 6 people max. Location is awesome, bed is comfortable.

Long queue at the reception, need to improve on this. Aircon in the room is centralized, can’t switch off or change the temperature. Balcony is locked, have to request keys from the reception if u want to access it. Room is fairly spacious. Breakfast buffet is average, there r not many options. Worth the money? Not really. There are better hotels that’ll give more value for the price I’m paying at Hyatt house. Location wise is good, accessible to shops,restaurants and mall.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
