It's everything you would expect from a decent and proper hotels. The only thing I would look at as a potential improvement point is that it is very difficult to get through via phones. I spent 5 minutes calling Guest Services and ended up hanging up because nobody answered. I called Reception and the same thing happened so I just alternated between Guest Services and Reception until Reception finally answered. I kindly asked them to connect me to the Bar (had some F&B orders to place) but nobody at the bar picked up after waiting for two minutes. This may have been an atypical one-off situation or they may have been understaffed that particular day, but it can be very inconvenient. However, once you are able to get in touch, I have no complaints with the service the staff provide.

Nice big, clean, and modern rooms. Having a sofa in room with a center table and chair gives a feel of studio. Beds are comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and comforters. Walk-in rain shower was nice but could have had more water pressure. Breakfast(complimentary) had good options but limited fruits. Location is great for closure to airport. Shuttle service is nice but pick up/drop is at T-3 which is internally connected with T-2/T-1 with a train. Uber takes €12/14 whereas Shuttle (basically a big van) is a good choice. I was alone to ride and took 10mnts to airport. Suggestion-Download and register on Hyatt app for easy check-in and hotel details.

Good stay, $20 for an uber to the airport, I think it charges extra since the driver has to pay to get in and out. The hotel itself is nice roomy if not a bit expensive. Good breakfast but they are serious about food service ending at 10. People started removing everything right at 10.

The website says there's a shuttle but actually there's not. We arrived at the airport and we called the hotel for transportation and were informed there was no shuttle. We had to take a taxi to the hotel but were able to book a shuttle back from the hotel for a fee. If we had known this we would have stayed at another hotel in the area that had a free shuttle. The rooms are really nice and the restaurant actually has good food for dinner.

There are no signs in the airport showing a pickup location for the hotel shuttle. I finally called the hotel got hung up on twice before actually speaking to someone. After the third call I got a pickup location. Waited for 45 minutes and finally gave up and paid 30 euro for a taxi to the hotel. Since it it in somewhat of a remote location I decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. Service was terrible and the menu was limited. Basically pizza and salad options that were overpriced and not very good. I woke up early the day of my departure to reserve a ride back to the airport. There were no shuttles available between 10:00 and 18:00. Another taxi ride back to the airport. The one good thing was that the rooms were clean. I've stayed in many Hyatt hotels, this one is the most disappointing of them all.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
