Service was very good and friendly. Lobby was welcoming and clean. Our room had anything you would need to make your stay comfortable. All the kitchen needs if you didn't want too go out to eat. The breakfast had a very nice variety and the next morning had a totally different selection.

Room was nice and mostly clean. Coffee maker had dried filter and grounds left behind and clean dishes were in the dishwasher. Also for some reason the alarm clock was set to go off at 2:30 am, so that was awful. Figuring out how to shut the thing off while half asleep was more than a little annoying. Other than that there were no issues. The room was comfortable, spacious, and well appointed. Appreciated the environmentally friendly refillable soaps in the shower, much less waste, that was a definite plus. Convenient location with friendly and helpful staff, Definitely recommend, I would stay here again.

Hotel is very modern and rooms nice and clean. However, the breakfast is simply the worst I've ever had at any hotel in my life. To start, the utensils are crammed in the container serving side down and are not clean. The bagels are hard, the scrambled eggs taste artificial, even hard boiled eggs have a strange aftertaste as does the fruit. The oatmeal was about the only edible thing in the place. Please do better- I"ve stayed here twice and it is simply unacceptable. Most hotels at least have bananas and cartons of flavored yogurt. Not here- not to mention the breakfast servers who stand around waiting to call after guests who forget to bus their own dishes.

I would have given this hotel a 5/5 as the rooms, cleanliness, modern appeal and location are all fantastic. Where I felt this hotel came up short was on the service side. I had this hotel booked for a room block for my wedding. We had several guests traveling in from out of state (almost half of our 100 person wedding) and we wanted to do a "Welcome cocktail" event on the Friday before the wedding. We made the hotel aware of this at the initial time of booking and they OK'd it. About a month before the wedding, our event coordinator changed (I'm assuming she left) and a new event coordinator was introduced to us- her name was Talia. From this point on, communication was terrible with the hotel. I would email Talia and it would take 3-4 days before she would get back to me and when she did respond, she only partially answered my questions. The week of my wedding, Talia reached out to me on Monday asking if I needed anything before our guests started arriving later that week. I sent her not only one, but two emails following up on the cocktail welcome event and some other questions. She never got back to me. I'm sure you can guess it, but we had over 30 people here on Friday for the cocktail event and there was only one bartender. People on average were waiting almost 15 minutes to get a drink. The bartender noted that they were not informed about the cocktail event otherwise they would have brought in another bartender. Extremely frustrating. I would recommend this hotel for a regular stay or vacation as the rooms are very nice, clean, and it's in a great location... but if you have to do anything with their event coordination staff, I would not recommend it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
