We stayed here with our dog and it exceeded our expectation. The location was very ideal. It's right front of the space needle, chihuly garden and u can easily take monorail to pikes market. Paid little more to get the space needle view and it was definitely worth it. The room was clean, all the staff was friendly. I would stay here again in Seattle!

Perfect location to visit Seattle. Great service, they serve same breakfast every day but atleast they serve it as nearby hotels don’t.They don’t have food options for rest of the day. Coffee is available all day. Cleaning services are required to be requested before 10 am everyday if you need any cleaning otherwise they would not clean by themselves. The hotel did appear clean and I did not find anything bad in services overall. We also found a street parking near the hotel so that turned out to be great for staying in downtown. It’s designed like apartment so you would have a full induction, dishes, and dishwasher in the kitchen area and bed or beds in the studio like setup as per your choice. They also have toothbrush and toothpaste in the reception area for free takeaway. In washroom, they provide towels, shampoo, body wash and conditioner. You can ask for other things like dryer or press as per requirements.

Great location across from the Space Needle. Very clean, safe, and secure. Rooms were ver6 spacious with all the amenities. The rooftop terrace was a nice bonus. Super solid breakfast.

Location of this hotel is great. You are right across the street from the Space Needle and other really great attractions. The room was fine. The front desk staff was accommodating even though they were very short staffed. My only complaint was the noise. It was SO loud. The trash trucks pickup at 4am, you could hear traffic all night, and there is construction happening all around. Our whole family had a hard time sleeping the 3 nights we stayed.

Room was OK. Location was great. Room was quiet. Service was absolutely terrible. I had a package at the front desk when I arrived that weighed 30 pounds. I asked for help getting into my room and was told there was no help. Spent 4 nights and had to beg to get broken blinds fixed and trash taken out. My room cost over $300 including parking. Not a hotel for business travelers. The front desk was unhelpful in so many ways. Service of a motel 6 for Hyatt prices. Luckily, I gave Hyatt House another chance in Portland and it was fabulous.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
