I loved my stay here! It was in walking distance to the aquarium and other attractions. We had the best and cleanest room and they even provided service. Unfortunately, there was a group of loud teenagers next door to us and the hotel was so kind and helpful to ask them to quiet down. As a housekeeping manager I recommended this place especially because they had amazing breakfast.

My family booked 2 rooms in November. Upon arrival the staff was extremely friendly and answered all questions and gave some good local recommendations. The hotel was very clean, comfy beds, immaculate bathrooms. The L shaped sofas made it much easier us having 4-5 people in each room. The valet parking was a nice bonus. We went for s family trip to the Aquarium and it's right across the street and a very short walk to the Olympic Park. Highly recommend this hotel!!

I could not have picked a better hotel. I came with my 1-year-old so that we may visit the aquarium, which is literally across the street. The valet was very helpful, nice, and fast. The front desk crew was pleasant. The hotel was clean. I had a top floor room. My son enjoyed looking out of the window. I'd stay here again.

Check in was smooth I really appreciated the ladies in concierge particularly the lady I spoke to (after one on the right was a bit snappy even though there was no line). We booked weeks in advance for the high floor King room (the bed wasn't as comfortable which wasn't at all what we expected). The Georgia Aquarium was a highlight for us (my 2nd time going) a nice view from the windows. There was more commotion on our floor especially for the top floor we expected more class from others especially with loud children. Breakfast wasn't anything special which led us to seek options elsewhere and spend more money. The housekeeping changes beds only once every FOUR DAYS so that made the experience less than ideal. Overall we love the Hyatt however there needs to be (more updated) regulation with guests with children running through hallways, noise in general, and perhaps housekeeping every 2-3 days (just makes sense).

Wonderfully located to the GA aquarium. Clean rooms. The shower was clogged, BAD (luckily we were only here one night so not a huge deal). The beds are atrocious - not what you'd expect for hotels. I would stay here again if going to aquarium.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
