        10/10 service, 10/10 location, I’d say 4/10 for the room. We stayed at this location about a year ago and it was spectacular. We stayed at it again recently and found our room not fully cleaned and smelling of weed. It was evident that the side tables and ottoman had not been wiped down as there was dried up sticky liquids on both. I’m not sure if the weed smell was coming from another room, from outside (I mean, you smell it everywhere in ATL), or if someone had smoked in there before. Each time we’d come into the room, it would smell heavily of it until the air got going good and flushed it out. We also found our mini-fridge to be broken. The staff was amazing at handling the smell (offered for us to switch rooms) and swapped our fridge for a working one, but it was a bit disappointing that these things weren’t checked beforehand. Overall, the hotel itself seemed to be very clean and the staff was great - our room just fell short a bit. We spent the majority of the time sitting in the nice lobby area.

        Overall, the experience at this Hyatt House is excellent! We were in town for a one night stay for a surprise party and needed a quick and easy stop on the route to the airport. Safe neighborhood, great parking garage, exciting outdoor pool on a "roof", and a breakfast that rivals Embassy suites with the made to order omelets. Front desk was fast and efficient and able to fill a random request without batting an eye lash. Room was fine for our needs and location was easy access to the interstate. We will stay here again.

        The hotel was very nice and the complimentary omlete bar was amazing!! The breakfast alone is a reason to stay here. It was so clean and the atmosphere was unique and it made you feel at home. I would recommend to anyone to stay here.

        We are staying here now. What a fantastic hotel. Very modern, comfortable rooms, very clean. Ate dinner at the bar. Food was really good and big portions. The bartender was very friendly and couldn’t be more accommodating . His name was August.Everyone at the bar was friendly and we enjoyed visiting with everyone. The general manager Martin came over and visited with everybody. Hotel is very pet friendly. There is an area to take your dog for a walk and poop pick up bags are provided. Will definitely stay here again. We were here for dr appointment at Emory. Parking was reasonable $10 a day.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
